We are excited to announce the investment by the Jenson SEIS and EIS Fund 4 into The Link App Ltd.
The Link App Ltd is a desktop app designed to improve communication between lawyers and their clients. Clients install The Link App on their smartphones to receive regular updates from their lawyers direct to mobile, eradicating the need for clients to chase for progress reports and also tightening security as exchanges via the app are encrypted.
By managing client communications through The Link App, law firms gain a competitive advantage by improving productivity, making their clients happier, securing external communications, demonstrating innovation, differentiating their offering and winning more business.
Founder and CEO Lauren Riley was a qualified lawyer for many years before setting up The Link App. Her inspiration for the design of this client communication tool came from her direct experience of what matters to clients and how to keep them happy. Lauren said: “Since launching The Link App I’ve been blown away by the legal market’s enthusiasm for a fresh approach to client communication. This investment from Jenson SEIS and EIS Fund 4 enables us to take the business to the next level. Law firms recognise clients are crying out for lawyers who are responsive and accessible. Differentiating themselves this way using the app is an easy win.”
