We are delighted to announce that Piers Denne, SEIS & EIS industry veteran, has joined as Head of Distribution.
Background
Piers has spent his career in the financial services profession as a distributor of financial solutions to the intermediated market. Starting out with major Life Assurance Companies, Commercial Union and the Prudential, he moved into the asset management side with M &G. He subsequently worked with some of the largest UK and Global fund management groups, Fidelity International, Gartmore and Threadneedle in various senior positions. He has also spent time working with Independent intermediaries on their own investment management solutions. In the last ten years the emphasis has been on tax enhanced solutions, with a particular focus on Private Equity and EIS/SEIS.
