We are delighted to announce that we have reached our fund raising target of £2 million during the first year of running the evergreen Jenson SEIS & EIS Fund 3. We have also met our target of investing in 10 companies per tranche, the first tranche was fully deployed at the end of January 2016 and the second tranche fully deployed at the end of March 2016, ensuring all investments were completed in the 2015/16 tax year.
We are now raising our next round of investment and are seeing some exciting companies coming through our screening process that are investment ready. Our tax efficient SEIS and EIS investments can be applied to your current tax year or previous tax year allocation using the carry-back facility.
